Who is responsible. La Picaute SRL, Chaussée de Huy 383, 1325 Chaumont-Gistoux, [email protected].
What this site collects. Anonymous visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, no cookies, no personal data), your email address if you sign up for event updates, and your registration details if you register for an event.
Your email address. Used only to tell you about events at the yard, never more than once a month, never passed on. It is stored by our email tool, Brevo (EU). Every message has an unsubscribe link; you can also ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [email protected].
Event registrations. To register for a competition we ask for your name, email address and phone number, those of the rider if it is someone else, and the names of the horses. They are used only to organise the event and to contact you about it, are stored in our database at Cloudflare and are deleted at the latest 12 months after the event. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Start times. By registering, you accept that the start times are published on the event page with the rider’s name, the horse’s name and the start number. They are removed from the site two days after the event.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Server logs are kept briefly for security.
Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
