- Who we are. Les Écuries de la Picaute and this website are operated by La Picaute SRL, Chaussée de Huy 383, 1325 Chaumont-Gistoux, Belgium, VAT BE 0838.569.552, [email protected]. The website is hosted by Cloudflare.
- Services. Livery, lessons and training, aqua trainer sessions, sales livery, events and rental of the classroom and arenas, as described on this website. Details of each service are agreed with the stables before it starts.
- Prices and invoicing. Prices are those on the Prices page at the time of booking, unless confirmed otherwise by the stables. Invoices are issued at the end of the month for the month ahead and carry the payment terms.
- Livery. One month’s notice to end a livery agreement. The owner provides a copy of the passport, keeps vaccinations and worming up to date and keeps the horse insured for third-party liability. An annual membership of the stables applies per owner, as shown on the Prices page.
- Rental. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to one week before the date. The organiser is responsible for participants and for leaving the spaces as found.
- Liability. Horses are kept with care but at the owner’s risk, except in case of fault by the stables. Riders at the yard accept the yard rules.
- Applicable law. Belgian law; the courts of the district of the stables are competent.
